Filipponi & Thompson Drilling, Inc. has been serving the central coast from Monterey to Ventura since 1974, providing complete water systems.  They are skilled in constructing top of the line solar and electrical pump systems, as well as submitting water samples.  They specialize in drilling both Domestic and Irrigation well systems.  Filipponi & Thompson Drilling, Inc. has worked diligently to build a reputation of integrity, experience and quality customer service.  The company’s motto is “No one ever lost business because quality was too high or service too good.” Upholding these values ensures continued business, which in turn gives Filipponi & Thompson Drilling, Inc. the ability to give back to the community they cherish.   

Both Doug and Ned are quick to highlight the company’s success as a reflection of the quality of their employees.  The crew consists of 16 employees, and both Ned and Doug have second generation family members within the company.  Ned’s cousin and Doug’s brother have been at F&T Drilling for over 30 years. Over that time they have gained awareness and insight to area water levels and rock formations throughout the counties, making them a valued asset to the team.  The water well drillers have 20 or more years of experience and the majority of the crew has been with the company for 15 or more years which has created a strong spirit of family and dedication.
